EVOA eye vitamins are 2 capsules per day. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. The capsules can be opened and the contents poured into soft food, such as yogurt or apple sauce for consumption.
The packaging is labeled for each day of the month. Each day, press out the 2 capsules from the compartment labeled for that day of the month and take them with food. For example, on the first day of the month, remove the capsules from the compartment labeled #1; on the second day remove the capsules from the compartment labeled #2, and so on. If you choose to start taking the eye vitamins immediately and not follow the daily labeling, that is not a problem.
It is best to take one capsule in the morning with food and the other capsule in the evening, with food.
